Ashley Rychel Willet - Practice Manager

Ashley Rychel Willet joined Anderson Mill Animal Clinic in November 2011 and was a receptionist before becoming our Practice Manager. With her years of experience, she brings to the position a special understanding of our clients and our Austin animal clinic. As our practice manager, she serves as the liaison between our clients and our practice team, provides excellent customer service to pets and pet owners and oversees hospital operations while working closely with receptionists and our kennel staff.

"I'm lucky to have a wonderful employer and be surrounded by such a great group of co-workers," she says. "I enjoy coming to work every day!" In her free time Ashley enjoys drawing, crafting, camping, hiking, craft beer, and spending time with her husband Keith and their two dogs, Frieda, a Dachshund, and Abby, a Lab/Chow mix.

Austin TX Veterinary StaffJodie Humphries - Receptionist Supervisor

With her sense of humor and strong organizational skills, Jodie Humphries lends great support to our clinic as our receptionist supervisor. Her responsibilities include scheduling appointments, assisting clients, and answering clients' questions about their pets and pet care. She enjoys interacting with pet owners and the variety of pets that come into the clinic. Jodie earned her Bachelor's Degree in Biology from the University of Texas at Austin and joined our staff in October 2012.

"I enjoy working at Anderson Mill Animal Hospital because everyone works so well together. The veterinarians are great and the office has a friendly, fun atmosphere while remaining focused and professional," she said.

Jodie has several pets at home, including a dog, four cats, an albino corn snake, a mini rabbit and a Hanoverian horse. In her spare time she enjoys reading, hiking, horseback riding, baking, gardening and brewing beer.

Austin TX Veterinary StaffDeanna Bell - Receptionist

As one of the receptionists at Anderson Mill Animal Clinic, Deanna Bell's duties include maintaining our files, scheduling appointments and invoicing. As one of the first faces our patients and clients see, she makes it a point to radiate warmth and positive energy to everyone who walks through our door. Deanna joined our team in June 2014 and is also a certified veterinary technician.

In her free time Deanna enjoys being outdoors and working with dogs and horses. She also volunteers at a large animal clinic and participates in non-competitive barrel racing. Deanna has a Labrador named Sadie and a cat named Tippy.

Austin TX Veterinary StaffGinger Capron - Receptionist

Ginger Capron is a receptionist who joined the Anderson Mill Animal Clinic team in July 2012, bringing with her 10 years of experience in veterinary field. Ginger assists in many different areas throughout the practice, including communicating with clients about their concerns and questions, informing clients about products they may be interested in for their pets, and helping out with patient care. She has a desire to learn new things every day. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Animal Production from Tarleton State University.

"What I like best about my job is seeing healthy, happy pets go home at the end of the day," says Ginger. "Our clinic is very hands-on and has given me the opportunity to learn new things every day and to interact with many different kinds of dogs and cats."

She has two dachshunds at home named Leeloo and D'Artagnan. Ginger enjoys her time away from the clinic by hiking, fishing, volunteering with horses and playing with her dogs.

Austin TX Veterinary StaffAnnette Robinson - Prescription Diets Inventory Manager

Annette Robinson joined the Anderson Mill Animal Clinic team in July 2012 and is now our Prescription Diets Inventory Manager. She has been working in the veterinary field for 20 years. "I've been doing this type of job since I can remember," Annette said. "Animals are all I really know." She has a great personality and is always happy to greet our clients.

"I like doing this because of the people you meet, and the chance you get to love and care for all types of animals."

Annette has five dogs, Monroe, Chip, LeeRoy, Leela, and Rylee; three sugar gliders, Circuit, Zero and Raven; and two cats, Cleo and Karma. Annette is an avid crocheter. "I always have a ball of yarn with me," she said. She enjoys gardening and spending time with her children, and is looking forward to being a grandmother.
