Austin TX Veterinary StaffJodie Humphries - Practice Manager

Jodie is the practice manager here at Anderson Mill Animal Clinic. She started her journey with AMAC as a receptionist in 2012. Jodie moved on to receptionist supervisor and then assistant practice manager before being named practice manager in 2015. Some of her responsibilities include staff training, client relations, resource management, and making sure daily operations run smoothly.

Jodie received her Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of Texas. Her career of 20+ years in the veterinary field began in 1995 as a vet tech in emergency animal hospital. Jodie enjoys the caring and friendly environment at Anderson Mill Animal Clinic along with the amazing staff. Everyone shares a common goal in providing the best possible care for clients and their pets.

When she isn’t working, Jodie enjoys reading, gardening, hiking, riding her horse Galaxy, and spending time with her husband and two children. Jodie has a dog named Griffin, and four cats named Inara, Simon, Jasper, and Malcom. She also has a snake, rabbit, two guinea pigs, and too many fish to count!

Deanna is a certified veterinary technician and acting assistant manager at Anderson Mill Animal Clinic. Her motivation, initiative, and humor help keep daily operations running smoothly. Deanna’s assistance and direction helps her co-workers achieve and provide the best quality care for customers and patients.

Deanna has been working in the field of animal care for 7 years, and joined our team in May of 2014. She enjoys the different adventures our practice encounters each day and the connections made with clients along the way. Deanna has three pets of her own, two dogs named Ellie and Sadie, and a cat named Tippy. She enjoys spending her time off with her son and relaxing while doing yoga.

Austin TX Veterinary StaffAnnette Robinson - Prescription Diets Inventory Manager

Annette Robinson joined the Anderson Mill Animal Clinic team in July 2012 and is now our Prescription Diets Inventory Manager. She has been working in the veterinary field for 20 years. "I've been doing this type of job since I can remember," Annette said. "Animals are all I really know." She has a great personality and is always happy to greet our clients.

"I like doing this because of the people you meet, and the chance you get to love and care for all types of animals."

Annette has five dogs, Monroe, Chip, LeeRoy, Leela, and Rylee; three sugar gliders, Circuit, Zero and Raven; and two cats, Cleo and Karma. Annette is an avid crocheter. "I always have a ball of yarn with me," she said. She enjoys gardening and spending time with her children, and is looking forward to being a grandmother.

Kerisa Bollinger - Receptionist

Kerisa is one of the first smiling faces you see upon entering Anderson Mill Animal Clinic. She joined our receptionist staff in March of 2016. Along with greeting customers, Kerisa answers the office phone and schedules appointments. She loves the loyalty and compassionate pet owners at AMAC, and finds them a joy to be around.

In her free time, Kerisa enjoys fishing, hiking, exercising, and spending time in the sunshine. She loves the company of her family, friends, and seven-year-old beagle mix named Slim.

Austin TX Veterinary Staff Brenda Ferguson - Receptionist

Brenda is a full-time receptionist at Anderson Mill Animal Clinic. She has been greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and handling prescription refill requests here since October of 2015. Brenda is a retired teacher and principal, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education and a Masters Degree in Administrative Supervision.

Brenda loves meeting the new cats and dogs and discovering their unique personalities. She has two dogs of her own named Ashley and Patches, and a cat named Peaches. As a teacher, Brenda incorporated her love of animals with a classroom pet. She found caring for this pet taught the children great responsibility. In her free time, Brenda enjoys snuggling with her pets, working in the yard, and hiking primitive trails.

Arianne Karyn Wrench - Receptionist

Arianne joined Anderson Mill Vet clinic in January of 2017 as a receptionist. She works full time in the office welcoming patients, scheduling appointments, and accepting payments. Arianne contributes to the offices positive atmosphere with her problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm during stressful situations.

Arianne has her California Beauty College Degree, and is currently enrolled at Ashworth University. In her free time, Arianne enjoys baking, reading 19th century British novels, and water color painting. She has three cats of her own, Stella, Harry, and Llyod.

Cameron Heikkila - Receptionist

Cameron Heikkila is our full-time receptionist and has been working with Anderson Mill Animal Clinic since August of 2017. Cameron keeps an open communication with the clients, helping them schedule appointments and answer any questions they have. With his 6 years of working in the animal related field and his history of dog training, Cameron is the first person our clients see!

He has one dog and two cats. His dog Maverick is a mini Australian Shepard and his cats are Eddy (long hair domestic) and Patch (short hair domestic). Maverick knows an impressive array of tricks and loves to go hiking with Cameron.

In his free time, Cameron spends a lot of conducting research for his 2 podcasts that he co-hosts. He also plays a lot of video games and enjoys classic, old movies.
