Veterinary Technicians Caring for Pets at Our Clinic

Kolsie Frazee joined the Anderson Mill Animal Clinic team in 2008. She likes the fast-paced environment of the hospital and enjoys working with the friendly, caring staff. Outside of the hospital, she enjoys working out, swimming, playing soccer and hanging out with her Chihuahua, Champ. Kolsie recently started veterinary school and the Anderson Mill team wishes her luck with her veterinary education.

Veterinary technician Nadine Irmer joined the Anderson Mill team in March 2010. She has worked with animals in a variety of capacities since 2000, including as an animal control officer and as an animal shelter volunteer.
A contributing member of the ASPCA, Nadine is thrilled to be working at a hospital with such a high standard of care. She is happy to be working with caring coworkers and veterinarians who are never too busy to explain anything to their staff. Nadine's hobbies include cooking, traveling and horseback riding. In her spare time, she likes to go on hikes with her boyfriend and her dogs Mocha and Ein.

Tracie is a Veterinary Technician that has been with Anderson Mill Animal Clinic since January of 2011, but has been in the animal care field since 2004.
“My favorite part of my job here is the new pet exams,” she says. “I really like meeting our clients’ new family members. I also just generally enjoy working with such a knowledgeable and caring staff.”
At home, she has a four cats named Max, Zim, Yuki and Turkish Van, and a King Beta named Ordamen. Tracie’s interests include yoga, reading and spending time with her family.

Desireé Rodriguez is a Veterinary Technician that has been a member of the Anderson Mill Animal Clinic staff since March of 2011, but began her animal care career in 2007. In addition to her work experience, Desireé attended Blinn College in Brenham, Texas.
“I like working at this clinic because it is really close to home,” she says. “While working here I also have made great friends and everyone here is so friendly and wonderful to work with.”
At home, she has two ChiChis named Muggs and Tinkerbell. Desireé’s interests include spending her free time with friends, her pets and her husband.
Thomi is a Veterinary Technician who has been with Anderson Mill Animal Clinic since September 2011, but began working in companion animal care in 2005.
"I like that everyone meshes well and is able to work well together, even with other areas of the hospital team," she says.
Thomi's pets include a quarter horse named Abby, pitbull named Alli, and a cat named Ace. Her interests include riding her motorcycle, playing with her dog, horseback riding, camping and pretty much anything outdoors.
Josh Austin is a Veterinary Technician who has been with Anderson Mill Animal Clinic since November of 2011, but began his career in companion animal care in 1999.
"Having previously worked at this clinic I know some of the clients and their pets and am glad to be back with them," he says. "I also know that this is a wonderful animal clinic with wonderful people. I am very glad to be back."
Josh's interests include photography, painting, drawing and sculpting.
