Cat or dog boarding reservations should be made well in advance to ensure a spot for your pet. At check-in, a team member will ask for an emergency contact person, your pet's feeding instructions, health concerns, medication instructions and any other special requirements you or your pet may have. This ensures the proper care of your pet during his/her visit.

You are welcome to bring your pet's food if he/she requires a special diet. We ask that you bring only enough food to last the length of your pet's stay and that you label the food with your name and your pet's name. If you would like to bring a personal item, such as a blanket or stuffed toy, you are more than welcome to do so; however, we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of any personal items. If your pet will require any medication while boarding please be sure to bring it in the original container.

If you are boarding your dog for two or more nights, we provide a free bath before discharge. Please call several hours before picking up your dog so there is time for the bath.
